Happy Wednesday, Patriots! If I am ever charged with a federal crime, I intend to immediately change my voter registration to Democrat. This is simply because they are never prosecuted for breaking the law. As Mike Collins' tweet shows, Sam Bankman-Fried is getting a huge break after the DOJ announced that they will not prosecute his illegal donations to... you guessed it... the Democratic Party.

Harvard President Claudine Gay resigns following plagiarism and antisemitism allegations.

Harvard University President Claudine Gay announced her resignation yesterday. She faced controversy over her handling of the aftermath of a Hamas terror attack. The calls for her resignation gained momentum last fall when she did not condemn over 30 Harvard student groups for saying Israel was "entirely responsible" for the attack.

The situation escalated during her appearance before Congress on December 5. She declined to address concerns about antisemitism on campus. In particular, she refused to assert consequences for those advocating the genocide of Jews at the university. Gay was a DEI hire, as this tweet shows DEI hires haven’t been working out.

Rabbi David Wolpe is a visiting professor at Harvard Divinity School. He resigned from an antisemitism advisory panel formed by Gay. He cited a lack of urgency, anger, and disgust in addressing the pressing crisis. The departure of both Gay and the President of UPenn is a significant victory for free speech on campuses. Some hope that Harvard alumni will advocate for a new president that supports freedom of speech and defends the rights of students who protest no matter what side they’re on.
