⏰ Donald Trump Removed From 2024 Ballot!

December 20th, 2023

Happy Wednesday, Patriots! I knew the moment I agreed to take a vacation that the biggest news of the year would occur while I was away. While I was away, it appears that the GOP in the House passed an impeachment inquiry into President Biden, which I am grateful for. It should be every American's New Year's resolution to have Biden impeached.

Also, it appears that a senate staffer was caught 'foolin around' in a senate chamber room while I was gone, so that's fun. I'm old enough to remember Dr. Jill saying that decency would be on the ballot in 2020. Apparently it's decent for the president to host naked drag queens at the White House, hire a transexual who steals luggage, and now a high-ranking senator has staff recording only fan videos.

On Tuesday, the Colorado Supreme Court issued a landmark decision, prohibiting former President Donald Trump from appearing on the state's 2024 election ballot. The decision overturns a previous court ruling by attributing Trump's disqualification to his alleged role in inciting the January 6 Capitol riot. It will remain in effect until January 4th, pending any further appellate proceedings.

This decision follows the efforts of a Soros-backed organization to keep Trump off the ballot. The Trump campaign responded by criticizing the all-Democrat appointed Colorado Supreme Court and accusing them of advancing the agenda of a left-wing group. The statement expressed confidence in filing an appeal to the United States Supreme Court as soon as possible, calling the decision undemocratic.

The legal dispute revolves around the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution. The plaintiffs, six Colorado voters supported by the Soros-funded "CREW" group, contend that Trump's actions during the Capitol riot constituted a "insurrection," in violation of Section 3 of the amendment, which bars those engaged in rebellion against the United States from holding federal office.

The lawsuit was initially hampered when a Denver District Court Judge ruled that Trump, despite allegedly inciting the riot, could still be on the ballot. However, the decision was appealed, resulting in the current Colorado Supreme Court decision. This legal battle is part of a larger legal battle in multiple states challenging Trump's eligibility for the presidential ballot.

This issue will eventually be heard by the United States Supreme Court, which will rule on the legality of removing an unconvicted person from the ballot. On the one hand, I don't think it matters because only liberal states where Trump had no chance of winning would do this, but I do believe it sets a very dangerous precedent that could lead to another Civil War.
