Happy Tuesday, Patriots! Today is Election Day in New Hampshire; unlike last week, when Iowa held a caucus, today is a regular primary election. Currently, Trump leads Haley 54.9 to 36.7 percent, with Desantis at 7.5% because there hasn't been time to conduct a true one-on-one poll since he dropped out.

Our predictions are that Trump will remain above 50% and will most likely finish between 55 and 60, and that Nikki will appear on the last ballot.

SCOTUS Sides With Bidens, Allows Government to Cut Border Fence

The United States Supreme Court ruled on Monday in favor of the Biden administration. The case was about a razor wire fence along Texas' border with Mexico. The court's decision allows Border Patrol agents to cut the wire. Texas had installed the wire along the border near Eagle Pass. It is important to point out this is an emergency appeal, the court will later decide if they can cut the wire permanently.

The wire spans about 30 miles. It was part of Texas Gov. Greg Abbott's larger fight with the administration over immigration enforcement and efforts to curb the historic flow of migrants.

In court papers, the Biden administration said that the fence stops agents from reaching migrants as they cross the river. They also said that federal immigration rules are more important than Texas' efforts to restrict migrant flow.

Brandon Judd, President for the National Border Patrol Council, said the ruling would "undoubtedly encourage more illegal immigration." Many conservative activists chimed in on twitter/x to agree that this is just a rubber stam for violating immigration law.
