Texas Fights Back
Texas Passes Bill Allowing State LEO's to Deport Illegals
width=519>

The Texas House has recently approved Senate Bill 4 (SB 4), a legislative response to the perceived federal inaction on illegal immigration. The bill seeks to make it a state crime to unlawfully cross the southern border, granting state and local authorities the power to arrest and, in certain cases, deport illegal immigrants.

Here is a video of a man pulled over while he was attempting to smuggle two people who just crossed into Texas illegally. Under current law, they'd have to wait and hope that Biden's Homeland Security would deport them, this law would allow them Texas to bypass the Federal.
Combatting Misinfo: Before this even passed, liberals in the Texas State House said they'd be ashamed of being a member of the body that passed this. Two things on that, please go watch that video and realize voters elected her, second realize that this bill doesn't even mention race. There are illegal immigrants of all races in this country.

To combat misinformation from the left, here are a list of facts about this bill.
  • Local and state authorities gain the authority to arrest illegal immigrants entering Texas from Mexico between official ports of entry.
  • State judges are authorized to deport illegal aliens to Mexico rather than pursuing federal prosecution.
  • Despite Democratic concerns about potential conflicts with legal precedents, sponsors assert the bill's constitutionality.
Encourage State Action: As the Lone Star State boldly pushes through SB 4, it's a beacon of common sense in the storm of immigration chaos. This isn't just legislation; it's a wake-up call for states to grow a spine and follow Texas's lead. In the face of surging illegal immigration, supporters argue we need more than federal dawdling – it's time for states to take the reins.

Governor Greg Abbott's commitment to border security, evident in SB 4's triumph and the green light for border barriers, isn't just a lone Texan stance; it's a battle cry for others to seize control of their own destiny. This isn't about waiting for federal rescue; it's about states standing tall, and it's high time they heeded the call echoing from the heart of Texas.
