It is a good thing that Barack has a law degree because he may be putting it to the test soon...

Good morning, patriots! The U.S. Olympic Committee just announced that biological males will be banned from competing in female events. This fight began years ago when Riley Gaines courageously spoke out—and today, her leadership is making a national impact. Riley is a friend, and I’m proud to see her bold stand for women’s sports paying off. Let’s keep standing for truth, fairness, and common sense!

Obama Could Face Subpoena Over Russia-Gate

Speaker of the House Mike Johnson just dropped a political bombshell: Congress may subpoena Barack Obama over his alleged role in the effort to sabotage Donald Trump during the 2016 election.

In a recent interview with reporter David Brody, Johnson confirmed he’s weighing the move, saying, “We have a responsibility to follow the truth, where it leads.” Johnson made clear that if Obama had any hand in directing or approving intel operations that targeted Trump’s campaign, the American people deserve accountability. Watch Johnson’s full remarks here.

The investigation centers around what Johnson calls a “seditious conspiracy” against a duly elected president—one that may have included high-ranking officials in the Obama administration. And now, with the House majority under Trump’s leadership, those same players may finally have to answer for their actions.

Johnson’s statements come as pressure mounts for lawmakers to expose the full extent of the Russia collusion hoax—a narrative pushed relentlessly by the media and Democrats for years, despite lack of evidence.

House Votes to Haul in Maxwell

The House Oversight Committee just made a major move—unanimously voting to subpoena Ghislaine Maxwell for a sworn deposition. The convicted sex trafficker and longtime Jeffrey Epstein associate may soon be answering public questions under oath.

The vote came Tuesday morning in a surprise voice vote after Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) introduced the motion. “It’s about to get real,” Burchett posted shortly after on X. He’s been leading the charge to force transparency in the Epstein-Maxwell saga, cosponsoring a resolution with Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Ro Khanna (D-CA) to compel the DOJ to release all documents related to the case.

The move also follows former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi announcing she’s requested a private meeting with Maxwell to press her for names, timelines, and involvement of key figures.

Maxwell, convicted in 2021 for sex trafficking and conspiracy, is currently serving a 20-year sentence in a federal prison in Florida. A House Oversight Committee spokeswoman confirmed to the Daily Caller that staff will now work with the DOJ and Bureau of Prisons to schedule her testimony.

👉 Why it matters: This is the closest Congress has come to digging into the Epstein network under oath. But don’t get distracted—while accountability is essential, this cannot become the media’s excuse to ignore President Trump’s governing mandate.

  • 🚨 Newsom Funneled Funds to Anti-Cop Groups
Gov. Gavin Newsom personally requested over $600K be sent to nonprofits pushing to defund law enforcement before trying to distance himself from their radical agendas. One group even advocates for the abolition of immigration detention. This comes as California continues to lead the nation in failed progressive policies and soft-on-crime chaos.

  • 🎖️ Pentagon Ousts Affirmative Action Admiral
The Pentagon announced that Navy Vice Adm. Yvette Davids, who oversaw racially biased admissions at the U.S. Naval Academy, is being replaced. Her tenure aligned with Biden’s DEI obsession. She’ll now serve in a different role while a Marine Corps general takes over as superintendent—hopefully putting merit back on the map.

  • 🍔 In-N-Out Fleeing Democrat-Led California
Iconic burger chain In-N-Out is relocating its headquarters to Tennessee, ditching high-tax, crime-ridden California for pro-business policies in the South. Owner Lynsi Snyder says while most locations will remain in the Golden State for now, corporate operations are moving to Franklin in 2026 as part of an aggressive expansion plan.

  • ⚖️ Breonna Taylor Cop Gets Nearly 3 Years
Ex-officer Brett Hankison was sentenced to nearly three years in prison for blindly firing during the botched raid where Breonna Taylor died. Despite the media’s narrative, investigators found his bullets did not strike Taylor. Yet he’ll now serve time while the officer who did shoot her faces no charges.

  • 👨‍⚖️ Judges Block Trump-Appointed Habba Extension
Federal judges in New Jersey declined to extend Alina Habba’s appointment as interim U.S. attorney, cutting short her Trump-backed tenure. Appointed in March, Habba’s term ended after 120 days when the district court chose not to continue it—another example of institutional resistance to Trump’s legal appointments.

  • 🎭 House GOP: Rename Kennedy Center for Melania
House Republicans are proposing to rename the Kennedy Center’s Opera House after First Lady Melania Trump in honor of her “grace, strength, and elegance.” The move is a bold rebuke of the D.C. establishment’s obsession with Democratic icons and a push to recognize conservative cultural figures.
